The easy way to make tab settings in WordPerfect for DOS is not at all clear on the
Here are a few useful but not-so-obvious keystrokes:
|Ctrl+End||clear all tab settings to the right of the cursor|
|Ctrl >||nudge the tab setting the cursor is on to the right 1/10th inch|
|Ctrl <||nudge the tab setting the cursor is on to the left 1/10th inch|
|Ctrl ^||move the cursor right to the next tab stop|
|Ctrl v||move the cursor left to the previous tab stop|
|Home <||move the cursor to the left edge of the screen|
|Home, Home <||move the cursor to the very left edge of the ruler bar|
|End||move the cursor to the very right edge of the ruler bar|
(These keystrokes work in WordPerfect for DOS versions 5.1, 5.1+, and 6.0. In
versions 4.2 and
5.0, only Ctrl+End, End, and Home work as described.
