I'm sorry to report that free e-mail tech support from Corel has been discontinued. Try to be philosophical as you scratch firstname.lastname@example.org off your e-mail list.
"AnswerPerfect" paid e-mail support is now available from the www.corel.com Internet site. A credit card charge of $14.95 plus tax covers the initial question/problem plus any follow-up e-mail exchanges. Response is promised within 1 business day. Click on Support, then AnswerPerfect.
Telephone tech support offers two options:
Free "classic" support (business hours only, recent WordPerfect versions only, toll call)
Priority support (24-hours, all versions of WordPerfect, tollfree) $25 per incident via 800 number, or $2/minute via 900 number.
